Award-Winning Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe calls for pudding in your cookies. The pudding gives the cookies a perfect texture. Your cookies will be fluffy, chewy and crispy.
Ingredients

2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda
·
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
·
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
·
1/4 cup white sugar
·
1 (3.4 ounces) package instant vanilla pudding mix
·
2 eggs
·
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
·
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
·
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. SIFT
(using a mesh strainer) together with the flour and baking soda, SET ASIDE. Use
a new bowl for the next step.
- In a large bowl, cream together
the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. STIR in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture.
Finally, STIR in the chocolate chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonful
onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown
My daughter got creative and added an OREO cookie in the middle.
