Advanced- Roasted Asparagus Week 3


Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

·       1-pound fresh asparagus
·       2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
·       1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
·       1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Trim ends from asparagus by snapping off the ends or cutting with a knife.
 Lay trimmed asparagus out on an ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.              
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, until tender crisp
